Please see the HOME PAGE for the current timetable and pricing, and just click to book yourself in.

All my classes run half-termly in line with school term dates. Booking can be made online for half a term at a time, via the Book Now button below, at the discounted rate of £9 per class.

If there are spaces remaining in a class at the beginning of half term block, I can also offer classes on a Pay As You Go basis. This is £12 per class, payable in cash on the day.

I offer a Loyalty Bonus discount to anyone attending a second weekly class with me, which applies to both pre-booked blocks and PAYG classes. If anyone wishes to attend 3 classes with me a week, please get in touch for additional discount!

All the classes are suitable for every level, from complete beginners to advanced level, and for all ages and genders. I’ve been teaching yoga for almost 8 years, Pilates for 20 years, and am also a qualified and experienced Personal Trainer and Sports Massage Therapist. I have a wealth of experience in adapting exercises and asana to accommodate those with specific injuries, physical or medical conditions and for postnatal clients. In this industry there is always more to learn, and I love to regular take extra courses and trainings to up my knowledge and broadening my offerings.

PILATES

"Change happens through movement and movement heals." JOSEPH PILATES

I originally trained in classical Pilates with The Pilates Institute London, and have since attended additional trainings in Pilates & Pregnancy, Pilates with Small Props, and am midway through Advanced Pilates Matwork Teacher Training (Level 4) with exercise therapy as my specialisation, having completed all the study days but just have my assessments to complete. This course has further deepened my knowledge of anatomy and kinesiology, my repertoire of exercise modifications, progressions and adaptations, and how to use Pilates as a therapy tool.

YOGA

"Yoga is the dance of every cell with the music of every breath that creates inner serenity and harmony." DEBASISH MRIDHA

My yoga classes are a combination of a slower flow-style (vinyasa) yoga and hatha yoga, finishing with a 5 minute relaxation/meditation. Classes are open to all levels, from beginners upwards.

A SENSE OF BALANCE - YOGA & PILATES FUSION

"Life is balance. Everything that you see as life, everything that you see as yourself is beautiful only when it is in balance." SADHGURU

This class evolved from my experience of teaching Pilates to clients whose progress was being impeded by limited flexibility, or whose ailments were being caused by tight muscles as much as by poor core strength. Equally I became aware of students in my yoga classes whose lack of core strength was causing pelvic, spinal and shoulder instability, which in turn was limiting their practice and/or putting their body at greater risk of injury. I therefore designed ‘A Sense of Balance’ classes that blend the two systems of Pilates and yoga, bringing together all the benefits in one class. It’s the perfect complement to other types of exercise or sports, and a great choice if you’re pushed for time and need a class that ticks lots of boxes. It’s also the ideal self-care class – giving you that hour out of your busy week to switch off and focus on keeping your body and mind healthy. I usually like to end the class with a few minutes of relaxation, helping to reset and leave everyone ready to get on with the rest of their day.
